how to make logical "and" of services?

Hello,

please help me... How to define service, which is true (in OK state) if a
group of other few services are OK?

I have to observe system, which consist of group of processes. I defined
group of services, where each service test presence of each process - but
how to define process which can be logical "and" of all these services? I've
tried to use dependencies, but it didnt work well...

Im sure that there is some solution, but I cant find out how to do this - so
please, if anyone knows solution, please help.
