Logging problem HARD-SOFT state

When I found this in the log file, in the availability report I get
incorrect result. The service status is CRITICAL from Thu Jan 30 06:25:23
2003 to the next OK;HARD status.

[Thu Jan 30 06:25:23 2003] SERVICE ALERT:
helka;HTTPS-MT-CERT;CRITICAL;HARD;1;Connection refused or timed out

[Thu Jan 30 06:30:27 2003] SERVICE ALERT:
helka;HTTPS-MT-CERT;CRITICAL;SOFT;1;Connection refused by host

[Thu Jan 30 06:31:43 2003] SERVICE ALERT:
helka;HTTPS-MT-CERT;OK;SOFT;2;Certificate will expire on 04/01/2003 09:41.
