Web-Based config

I'd really like to see a Webmin module for this.  Tim Neimueller made a module for
Netsaint a long time ago, but it doesn't work with the template configs.

I started to modify Tim's code to work w/ the templates, but lost interest.  If
someone wants to help me finish it, I would be willing to pick it back up.  It's in
Perl, of course.

The main reason I lost interest is because I couldn't figure out an elegant way to
deal with objects in different files.  For instance, how do you deal with a template
in one file, and it getting used with an object in a different file?  I'd hate to
force a 'single file' configuration on users.

Any takers?
