Monitoring Cisco Routers errors?

Hi,

snmpwalk [router] [community string] .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.14

or

snmpwalk [router] [community string] interfaces

or

snmpwalk [router] [community string] .1.3.6.1.2.1.2

The tricky part is not the oids. It's working out how to set a threshold for something that accumulates rather than be representative of the last 5 minutes. This is where you might need to look at RRD integration/APAN/lrrd etc.

The OIDs are the hard part.. :)

off hand, sorry.
