check_ntp -> (No output!)

I'll try this one last time.  I have gotten no response from anyone on this.  Does anyone have any idea why I get a (No output!) when I run check_ntp through Nagios, when it seems to work just fine from the command line.

A while back I experienced a similar problem with a newer set of CVS plugins when I got the same problem and was only able to resolve it by replacing the check_ntp with an older version.  Details are provided below.

As always any help is appreciated.
