NagMIN DB

For NagMIN, it mentions that running setup could overwrite your 
database.  Will this overwrite ALL database data, or just any previous 
databases named nagios?  I have several databases in my MySQL instance, 
and before I try NagMIN, I want to make sure I'm not going to lose all 
my other non-nagios work.  Thanks.
