Nsca on HP-UX (with attachment)

Has anyone successfully got nsca to work on HP-UX? Specifically, HP-UX
11i? I've attached the errors I get when I try to build it. I have the
following software installed:

autoconf   2.57
automake   1.7.4
binutils   2.11.2
bison      1.875
flex       2.5.4a
gawk       3.1.2
gcc        3.1
glib       1.2.10
m4         1.4
make       3.80

Trying to build nsca v2.3.
