histogram.cgi

Hi,
I spend several hours to setup the Alert Histogram and I couldn't even
locate the file!! ( histogram.cgi) I was able to locate some other histogram
files such as cgi-histogram.png, histogram.png, and histogram.css, but I had
no idea what I can do with those files. And how do I use the Thomas
Boutell's gd library files? Can someone give me some instructions to
configure the Alert Histogram?
