Macro for comment_author and comment_data

If you are using 2.0 from CVS, you should definitely read the "What's 
New" documentation.  Its not yet complete, but it will help you out a 
bit.  Macros have undergone many changes since 1.x, so you should 
read the updated macro documentation carefully.
