You can use the scheduled downtime feature of Nagios. Look at the status
detail page for each service, and note the commands available on the right.
There was a fair bit of discussion last month about ways to automatically
schedule regular downtime for services or hosts.. you can check the list
archives for the various solutions people have proposed.
