[Help] event handler for remote host.

Hello list :

How do i use "event handler" to restart remote apache2 web server ?

i've read
http://nagios.ezplay.tv/nagios/docs/eventhandlers.html#example

but i cat NOT use event handler sccessful....event handler seems NOT
work....

my nagios.log as following:
