Compiling w/ DB support

First of all:
> --with-mysql-inc=/usr/inlcude/mysql

Try 'include'

Also, the headers usually include 'mysql/file.h'.  So you may want to try 
	--with-mysql-inc=/usr/include

if that doesn't work.
