If you are sure that you have the write permissions, use "flush privileges".

Hi all
In the last 5 days i try use nagios with mysql and when nagios process start
i receive this messages:
Nov 22 06:44:39 kirra nagios: Nagios 1.1 starting... (PID=32378)
Nov 22 06:44:39 kirra nagios: Finished daemonizing... (New PID=32379)
Nov 22 06:44:46 kirra nagios: Caught SIGSEGV, shutting down...
Nov 22 06:44:54 kirra nagios: Error: Could not lock status data tables in
database 'nagios'
I already chek all the permissions os nagios database, the user used to
conect had permission to lock tables (hoststatus, servicestatus and
programstatus tables), all nagios configuration files was configured
according the nagios documentation.
Someone can help me ?
