did u create this user with access to any host or localhost?
can you start mysql and use this user ?
$ mysql -u username -p nagios
SELECT * FROM host_status;

If you are sure that you have the write permissions, use "flush privileges".

I already chek all the permissions os nagios database, the user used to conect had permission to lock tables (hoststatus, servicestatus and programstatus tables), all nagios configuration files was configured according the nagios documentation.
