Nagat import problem

When I tell Nagat to import is says "No nagios.cfg data found." but then
lists the proper locations of my nagios.cfg and cgi.cfg.  When I chose
to have Nagat import them no error is displayed but also no data seems
to be read either.  I have defined "NAGIOS_PREFIX" in local.inc to point
to my install of Nagios, /opt/monitorsvr/.  Is there something I am
missing?  I thought Nagat would read all my cfg files configured with in
nagios.cfg.  Also I had Nagat write the configuration files (exporting
them), nagios.cfg was written and was in the write location.  Is there
is reason why it will not read them when I do an import?  I copied all
the example files and are using them as a start.
