Problems with htaccess auth for nagios

[cfreak]

Hello,

I set up Nagios 1.1 on Debian stable.

My htaccess is working, but it does not tell nagios the user logged
in.

I only can use nagios well if i set defaul-user to nagios..

What is wrong? Is a module for apache missing?
