check_mailq for postfix

Well, I didn't provide a version for check_mailq as the file says:
# Initial version support sendmail's mailq command

I built it out of nagios-plugins in FreeBSD ports:
Port:   nagios-plugins-1.3.1

Postfix version I'm running is 2.0.9; though I suspect it will work in
several other vesions.
