FW: Apache access error

Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

When i access nagios default web page i get error. 

http://itoppsmon/nagios/

Access forbidden!
You do not have permission to access the requesteddirectory.There is either no index document or the directory is read protected.

let me know if u require more details.
