Newbie: Nagios email notificatoin

Hello,

First time user of this list.  Please feel free to let me know if I
should be referencing another list.  I just setup Nagios on FreeBSD 4.8.
Nagios is sending alerts as expected, but the "From" field in the email
is "Nagios pseudo-user".  I let the setup routine create user: nagios
and group: nagios because I didn't create them in advance.  How can I
change it to read something else?
