[Fwd: Nagios mysql and cgi]

Right now the nagios program and the cgi program are using the same
username/password. The nagios program has more privileges than the cgi
needs, but it is working. My plan was to create a more restricted user.
but this problem needs to be solved first. The cgi program just can't
access the database.
