That depends on your workflow. The Service Problems view is just that, a
view of _all_ service problems. If you only want to see Unacknowledged
problems, go to the Tactical Overview and under the Services bar,
Critical column, you'll see 'X Unhandled Problems'. Using that link will
give you the view you want. The URL, if you wanted to make a direct link
in the side menu is something like --

http://<your.nagios.host>[/nagios]/cgi/status.cgi?host=all&type=detail&s
ervicestatustypes=32&hoststatustypes=3&serviceprops=42

The [/nagios] may or may not be necessary depending on how you have
Apache set up. We're using vhosts so we don't have it. I also believe
that you can use servicestatustypes=40 to show all unhandled Critical
_and_ Warning problems but I don't have any in Warning to test that for
sure.
