Dear List,
Yes I understand how it works - but to keep things simple new server
problems should only be in one view.
We have some staff looking at the problem view, if there are more than one
acknowledged server - the staff person will confused.
So it should be a view with service problem + acknowledged problems
And a view with only service problems or new service problems.
