check_ping errors?

Hello,

I've got Nagios 1.2 with the 1.3.1 plugins on FreeBSD 4.9.  Every day or
so, I get the following error in the status areas for 2-3 devices:

check_ping: %s: Warning threshold must be integer or percentage!

I didn't find any information about this anywhere so I'm wondering if
anyone has seen it.  I change the check_ping to the 1.4.0 alpha and get
the same error throughout a day (and some core dumps from the 1.4.0
check_ping too).  The devices are Cisco Network devices, not far from the
core, they usually have 30ms-66ms pings usually.  I do get critical and
warning errors from check_ping if the ping times are higher...

Here is the services command for check_ping:

check_ping!3000.0,80%!5000.0,100%!5

Any ideas will be very appreciated,
