SSI Files

Earlier I had found out with the help of Andreas (Thank you very much:)),
that I was missing some files in the */nagios/share/ssi directory. When I
found this out, I went and asked the guy who I am working with to get the
system up and running and he tried running a new build on a new copy of the
source, however when I looked in that directory I find the directory empty.
I also looked through the entire CVS tree to try to find these ssi files.
Can anyone point me to where they should be at, or where I can obtain them?
Or should these files have been built when the source was compiled, if so is
there a special switch to get them, either when the whole thing is made or
later on?
Any help will be appreciated. Can anyone provide assistance on this
question?
