Cisco mem - 5min avr. (via SNMP) ?

Hi,

I wanted to monitor the Cisco memory usage (5min avr) via SNMP.

But I couldn't found something for this average value
any predefined ?

I found something like this, but seems not to work.

ciscoMemoryPoolUtilization5Min
         OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.48.1.2.1.2

any idea
