Getting UNKNOWN status on an HP-UX 10.20 machi ne

Hi Benny --

Sorry the screen capture didn't make it. Yes I did reinstall the the correct
plugins ;-) Since I sent the 
previous e-mail, I went ahead and did the software removal and subsequent
reinstallation of the client.
Also, I deleted the existing plugins and reinstalled them. As of this writing,
it appears that solved 
the problem. I'm curious though, why would that have occurred?

You _did_ reinstall the relevant plugins, right?  ;)
