How to create a sub menu on left frame?

hello,

how to create a sub menu item on left frame? 

i defined 2 host groups in hostgroups.cfg

define hostgroup {
    hostgroup_name      new-hub
    ....
}

define hostgroup {
    hostgroup_name      old-hub
    ....
}

and i want it appear on the left frame under "service detail"

Service Detail
   new-hub
   old-hub

how to do that?
