Availability report not removing Scheduled Downtime

Has anyone else seen the problem where Nagios (v1.1 or v1.2) will report
time listed in Scheduled downtime as Unscheduled downtime?
 
I have attached my downtime report for a server and can send a HTML
version for easier viewing if anyone is interested. I am trying to
report on server Availability and I thought placing a server in
Scheduled downtime would stop the server from reporting as down in the
reports.
 
Any help would be great.
