Availability report not removing Scheduled Downtime

I am still looking for help here. Is anyone else experiencing this same
problem? I can not Imagine a bug of this magnitude has slipped by. I
assume I am doing something wrong. Has anyone else been able to run
Uptime reports and have them report correctly?
Any help would be great.
