APAN or PerfParse ??

Hello
I'm new to nagios and I'm looking for a way to store,graph,analize data
from nagios.
So my question is: what are you using ? I've found apan and perfparse
but would like to hear what the people that have experience with nagios
have to say about these two, or any other for that.  I´m looking for a
tool that can show me network traffic trends, disk usage, load and so
on.

Any input would be greatly appreciated
