Nagios Phone Calls Howto ?

Ok, I know I've email on this before, but I never got it working quite 
right. If someone has a working install of this can you forward on a 
quick howto or your scripts? I tried this before but failed to find a 
working modem. Marc, once we get this running maybe it should get added 
to nagios site as an addon? Be great if someone could right a single 
package or instructions on how to do this.

Things I remember from trying to use this about a year ago.. Believe 
people are using festival, with some sort of answering machine program.

Any info would be great, [Hopefully to jog my memory ;)  ]
