The only possible values for this particular macro are 'PROBLEM',
'RECOVERY' or 'ACKNOWLEDGEMENT' and are set by Nagios depending on the,
you guessed it, notification type. To assign other values or change the
wording used would require modification to the source code. Perhaps
other values you are looking for are part of other macros documented at
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/macros.html.
