nagios 2.0b1 + openbsd/macosx

i want to report success in compiling nagios 2.0b1 on openbsd 3.6 and
macosx 10.3.7 (run not tested; patch to have it work in chrooted apache
need work)

one bug, platform independent, configure option "--program-suffix" does
not work.
