Don't know about the ICQ/AIM, although I have seen similar questions
posted to the list before. Search the archives...
As for the Windows Popups, have you looked through the extras on the
Nagios Website? http://www.nagios.org/download/extras.php
A quick glance at this page showed an Add-On called Nagios Popups. It
even has a link to their project page.
