gd2 icons not displayed in statusmap

The FAQ doesn't mention pngtogd but it does mention pngtogd2.  However,
the search doesn't find that either.

 From a couple of quick tests, it looks like the search only examines the
FAQ title and not the body. 

The current FAQ item says to use a chunk size of zero to create an
uncompressed image, however that is no longer true for newer versions
of pngtogd2 (I have no idea if it was true for older versions, but assume
that it was).
