Temptraxe

I have had problems getting the Temptraxe product working correctly. Can
anyone give any pointers for configuring Nagios for a  4 port model. At
present I have it working but everytime an alert comes up temperature
wise, Nagios thinks it is a connectivity problem and advises us that
temptraxe is down.
