Before or after you compiled Nagios? Did Nagios find the libraries
during ./configure? As stated in the FAQ, you may need to specifically
pass their location to configure. You didn't say what your problem was
really so I'm making assumptions that the CGI's don't exist at all which
is most common. If you're having some other problem you'll have to let
us know. Also, please send all replys to the list too. I may or may not
be able to help you and it's good to have this stuff archived so that
others can learn by searching the list.
