No, I´m try to compile Nagios using
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/nagios --with-cgiurl=/nagios/cgi-bin --with-
htmurl=/nagios/ --with-nagios-user=nagios --with-nagios-grp=nagios --with-fi
le-perfdata --with-template-extinfo

It looks like you are trying to compile Nagios with ONLY the
'--with-file-perfdata' option?
There may be other options needed for your Nagios implementation. Do you
remember the options that you originally used when compiling Nagios?
You should read the PerfParse How-To for more information.
