Plugin for automatic Status-Map location

Some time ago, someone announced a plugin that would show an icon which, when clicked, would take you to the status map with the specified host at the center of it. Anyone remember the name of this plugin and where I can download it?

Also, what happened to the search button on sourceforge's list archives? Coulda sworn there was one in the past, but the page looks to be missing now.
