Scheduing Downtime

Hi folks!

I shouldn't check (and notify) events about 2 host all the night from monday
to friday from 00:00 to 01:00.

I'd like to use the "downtime" but I have not understood how can I
configured it, without using the extinfo CGI (because the external command
are forbidden at all).

I can't configure a special timeperiod due to our security policies.

Any ideas?
