Hiding hosts/services from host/service status views.

I don't know why you'd use the Service Detail or Host Detail links. I'd
create hostgroups that contain only the real hosts, or subsets of the
real hosts, and use the "grouplist" add-on to only view hosts/services
in that group. If need be, the full service/host detail pages are still
there.
