Nagios 1.2 - Status Log warning

Hi

I monitor Nagios from itself and i keep seeing warnings like this

Nagios problem: located 2 processes, status log updated 352 seconds ago

And then after a 'period' of time this log will update again - Is there any 
way i can either make this log update more frequently or change this 
timeout?
