Nagios and DB support.

Not really, no. Each import/export adds an entry to an actionlog, which 
stores a timestamp. Each config files mtime will be updated at save 
time, so all one really has to do is to make sure the last entry of the 
actionlog is a timestamp produced later than any of the configuration 
files' modification time. It's really quite trivial.

Besides, there will always have to be some point when you tell Nagios to 
reload the configuration from the webconfig interface. That same point 
is ideal for exporting and verifying the configuration as well.
