[statusmap] move icon in circular design

It's a pain in the ass, but if you manage to get nagios-map.pl to work 
(needs a X display and TCL/TK) it's just dragging around the Icons.. but 
even that takes time if you have 500 hosts :-0 but is miles better than 
having to calculate the 2d coordinates by yourself.
