CPU scripts

I have set up Nagios to check the CPU utilization of a catalyst 6500 which
is the core of our network.

 

 

Is it possible to tell Nagios to run a custom script when the CPU check
sends me an alert?

We have a script that finds and blocks abusers from the net and would like
to run it every time we get a CPU utilization alert from Nagios.
