Start with http://www.google.com/search?q=sshd+windows. From there your 
on your own I'm afraid, I don't run Windows.

BTW, I always thought one uses either ssh or nrpe, not together. With 
ssh one can just run the plugin on the remote host, so you don't need 
nrpe. I think your job may turn out easier than you thought if port 22 
is allowed.
