Most likely, Nagios is now unable to determine the initial states of your hosts and services within your reporting time period. This is especially true if you're only logging state changes. You'll need to use the option to 'assume initial state' and choose state OK. There is at least one FAQ entry with more information.

When I disabled that option (log_initial_states=0) the trends graphs is not
complete.

Find log_initial_states in your nagios.cfg and change it to 0.
