problem with passiv check

thxfor your fast answer
this check is only passiv. the host is behind a firewall.
i am sure. tail brings me ever 10 sec. a massage like this:
1113469961] PROCESS_SERVICE_CHECK_RESULT;mciora02;mciora02;1;file backup
required but not available
looks fine for me ...
