Internal server error

Hello,
I have installed nagios. Since I installeed it, when I try to access  
the cgi using the web, I get an error of:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was  
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at rocq.qc.ca and  
inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might  
have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server  
error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to  
use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.rocq.qc.ca Port 80


I tryed to search the web to find some solutions without success.
Is there something I could to to make it work?

I tryed to recompile many times
