error in nagios.cmd for update

I have been searching anything about this error, but i can't found.

When I tried do add a new coment for a service (as exemple), i receive the
follow:


Error: Could not open command file '/usr/local/nagios/var/rw/nagios.cmd' for
update!


The permissions on the external command file and/or directory may be
incorrect. Read the FAQs on how to setup proper permissions.


An error occurred while attempting to commit your command for processing.


was verified the configuration, bellow:

#more nagios.cfg |grep check_ext
check_external_commands=1


#ls -l /usr/local/nagios/var
